Failure Transaction using my Debit card

Dear ebay/users,

Today 5th jan 2012 1:45PM i have ordered the item no 140668917290 (micromax a85 smart phone) using my axis bank debit card. After transaction it showed failure message and i tried again results same message. Then i checked my account balance and shocked !! the amount debited from my account Rs 13300 (Rs 150/- Promotional code) with out the confirmation. I have tried customer care number and it is always busy. Customer chat also not working. I totally frustrated with this. how can i contact eBay since none of the customer care option is working.. So Please don't try with your debit cards to buy eBay item..

If any body having issue like this. please share your thoughts.

Dear Sir,

on December 30, 2011 at 11.19 P.M. i was trying to pay my selling fees and i was paying through ICICI Online Banking and i made payment of Rs.11760/- and i didnt get confirmation on ebay site as i was paying my selling fees and i didnt get confirmation regarding the payment however Rs.11760/- already deducted from my ICICI Bank account and the ref no is :- 279840419 , Please provide me adjustment immediately oherwise refund me the amount of Rs.11760/- into my bank account .

i Called customer Care several times but no response till now, please Help me and
please take this matter seriously and provide me adjustment as urgent as possible.

i am requesting ebay to response this thread.. i have to know status of my transaction..
