I agree with Ur view. I faced same type of problem just few days back I got cheated by a seller and ebay not solving my probmem. Instead Ebay protecting seller.

Yes the customer support is very very lame. They actually don't believe in customer satisfaction. No matter how many times you raise a complaint, you will get a response for it. I had purchased an iPod cover, raised a complaint against it's cheap quality and replacement for the but never heard from them yet.

I would never do any purchase from eBay and will make sure that I will pass this message to as many persons as I can.
