waiting for refund!!

vary bad experience with ebay. i won a item in auction.. i talk with seller about item and i paid. next day that seller said to me he dont want to sell his item and he approved my refund.. after 4 days i ask to customer care that when i get my refund?? then they said it will take 15 days more.. now i dont have item and money... i learn that never buy used thing on ebay.. and i suggest you that dont use ebay for shopping...

eBay is the best but its refund system is very slow, if we claimed on eBay guarantee as d item is not described, den dey ll say return d item to d seller after dat eBay ll investigate about dis up-to 15 to 20 days in dis period our amount is fully strucked for 20days, dis system is very useless system, if dey solve dis problem within 5 to 6 days n refund d amount within next 5 days it ll be very helpful to us
