I am a victim of a very unfortunate experience from a seller under ebay.in. A seller namely netbargain from hyderabad selling watches has cheated me. I havenot received an order I placed for a watch. They sent me a different product all broken and as they advised I returned it and till date I havenot received anything inspite of repeated requests and reminders.They even didnot show the courtesy to send even a message and explain.
Similarly my colleagues who had ordered for watches paying through drafts havenot received the products so far after few months. Would like to know whether ebay india support this kind of sellers who cheat the clients.
Repeated mails to them and the ebay have gone into deaf ears.
Beware of this seller netbargain. I am planning to take up this issue continuously with all authorities on a regular basis until I hear something from the concerned. It is not the value of the items but the feeling of the cheating that hurts.
I do not have anything to lose,but I am sure you people will surely have things to lose.

Dear Rajan,

Its unfortunate that you had a very bad experience on ebay.

But believe me that the Buyer's money is safe upto the last penny.

If you are aware of the procedure, you can recover the money very easily.

You just have to follow some steps in the stipulated time frame.

Hi Rajan we feel very sad to hear about the incident as I can understand from your posting that you received a Broken watch that you had already send to the seller for a replacement. In this kind of situation I would suggest you to first try to communicate with the seller and try to figure out from him why the replacement has not yet reached you, If he does not respond or give you any convincing reason then I would suggest you to open a significantly not as described dispute against the seller and you also have a right to post a feedback to the seller the feedback can be Negative/Positive /Neutral depending upon the experience you had with the seller.
