Start with second hand household items which you do not use. Do not sell new items. First, gain some experience. Take my word, you will make mistakes. Everyone does. And you will learn form it. Good Luck!

I have one doubt what if the buyer takes the product and says he did not receive it. ebay will refund the amout to the buyer. What is the situation of the seller in this case?

Hi,
First of all,almost all guys are good. I mean all members,buyers and sellers.
Secondly,if it happens,you have remedies.In my case I lost INR475 in 4 years.Thats all.In offline selling,the bad debt is much much higher.
So,even if the remedy does not work,it does not affect much.

After shipping the item, please safe keep the proof of dispatch and Proof of Delivery. Even if the buyer claims that he has not received the item, and you have proof of delivery of the item, PaisaPay will protect you.

Also, it is advisable to keep the proof of dispatch and delivery for 6 months after the transaction to get protected against any chargeback.

One needs POD to protect against any chargeback or buyer dispute of item delivery. This is irrespective of the amount.
