Dear 2006kanthi ,
New users must be more cautious.
You never studied the reputation of the Seller and started bidding on high value Items.
Then instead of using PaisaPay you deposited cash.
You paid Rs.17,000 in two purchases and both the purchases are below Rs.10,000 (thats the only positive point)
ebay's Standard Purchase protection Programme protects buyers for upto Rs.10,000 per purchase.(For 3 purchases in 6 months)
Protection Programme does not cover the following...
Items paid for with cash or instant money transfer services such as Western Union or any form of payment that cannot be documented.
Just check up with ebay if the cash deposited receipt is good enough proof under protection programme.
If yes, then immidiately file
Item not received dispute.
Study this link and follow all steps within the stipulated time frame.
http://pages.ebay.in/help/tp/isgw-buyer-protection-steps.html
If any step is not followed within the given time then recovering money would be impossible.
Hope you get your hard earned money back.
