remove seller

Im requesting ebay to remove the seller prashanth1234 .i booked a nokia 7610 body panel and just recieved an empty box.when i contacted this seller for refund,he s telling some rude things and not giving any refund.pls dont buy from this stupid fellow.he'll cheat u.

Immediately open ebay guarantee claim "Item not as described"

Please send a mail to seller, majority of sellers would like to retain customer. I am sure he can send another one without extra charge.

After reasonable time, say 7 days you can ask ebay to refund if you are not satisfied.

Telephonic conversation sometimes creates communication gaps..... As a matter of fact, I often use SMS & email to request customer for landmark in their address, because I speak only Hindi/English.
