One vendor got paid, then he informs that he doesnt have stock of item & wants higher delivery charges. Ihave asked for refund.Will i get back the money??

boss, ebay is stupid WORLDWIDE....they are real CREEPY....they will not get u a refund....they will inform u of their STUPID policies....dont trust these idiots.

My friend,

if you have paid and the seller is out of stock then he will definetely give you a refund.

all the sellers are registered with ebay, and no seller will do any harm to buyers if he has a good reputation.

so stay cool, you will get your refund, just follow up with the seller.
