I was winning bidder for five stage Reverse Osmosis system (Item number: 7504232659) offered by sumit7in. The bid ended on 04.04.2005. I immediately replied him that I will pay the amount by COD. After 4-5 days when I contacted him, first he showed ignorance that he does not know bid has ended and who are winning bidders. Then he informed that there was reserve price of Rs. 11000 for this item. As susch there was no resrve price for this item. This can be verified from the site. This item is easily available for Rs. 7000/- in the market.Then he informed that his internet connection is not working (he himself offers Computer maintenance & installation services Item number: 5965684301). I have reported this in item not received on 15.04.2005 and till now he has not replied.
