In ebay questions from buyer to seller and in ebay cases from buyer to seller or vice-verse there should be an options for placing pic or pdf or any doc for better explanation of the doubt or problem between seller and buyer.
As this month i shopped nearly 4k+ from ebay, but again second time facing the problem as i faced before "item not received as described". I sent a separate personal mail to seller with a picture of modem software as it's not catching 2g signal but in item's description he told me that it will catch both 2g and 3g and will go upto 21.6 mbps. let's hope for resolution of this issue. Other site also there for online shopping than why should people choose ebay if this type of problem to be faced again. As in online shopping we are shopping by seeing the pic and item description so this type of case to dealt with more care or else people will go for direct shopping to the seller's shop than why ebay e-shopping shop ?
