payment issue

Today I sold one item and on status it shown I received the monet. But when i check my bank account balance I didn't receive any money from any user. What will i do now. i shipped item or not?

Congratulations on your selling of first item on eBay. Welcome to the eBay family.

This is how the system works.
1. The buyer makes a payment through ebay.
2. The payment remains with eBay
3. You ship the product.
4. You enter details for the shipment in your My PaisaPay.
5. The buyer confirms delivery after he has received the product. If he doesn't, reasonable time is given for him to confirm.
6. Once the delivery is confirmed, you will receive the payment to your stipulated account which you must've given to ebay through paisapay.
