Seller harish_girdhar item no 160598780599 send me a non working laptop and a very rough used laptop against the thing item he described.He also ommited Tv tuner card as promised in the sale.Also charged to extra 1200Rs for courier apart from paisapay courier he took. The laptop freezes randomly and runs hot.Clearly there is a fault of nonworking hardware and damaged keyboard which the seller didint accept.
The seller now is not accepting the refund .
I am helpless. Ebay needs to block his payment..
