as withdraw option is good but one thing i won't understand than if the rating is withdraw than y the comments is visible it as equal to negative just it is not counted but buyer can read it adn see it which is same... so if withdraw is sucess than comments also be removed...and what is the option if buyer fault and still he rate us negative than what is the sloution for that..i hope we get reply for this
