hi to all there is a one cheater in baazee that is blowout i purchase a mp4 player from seller blowout and paid by online bank transfer on 31-08-06. and today is 29-10-06 but still iam not get the product and the number of the person is always swith off so what to do and i am also send mailo to dispute console but no action taken by them

I am sorry to hear about your experience!

If a buyer does not get his product, or the product is significantly not as described, the best option for the buyer is to open a Item Not received dispute agasint the seller.

If the seller does not respond, or the communication fails at any point of time, the buyer needs to close the dispute and escalate the calim for Buyer Protection claim.

Hi all,

We have already despatched the parcel via AWB #B27415749 of First Flight couriers. We have already mentioned the same to the buyer. He may have opened this thread as we could not reply for a week due to Diwali holidays as our last reply to the buyer's email was before Diwali. We will follow up on the same and clear the problem at the earliest.
