Respected sir,
I bought a sony cybershot dscw7 digital camera from singapore mall in july.At that time I was promised that an invoice and one year warranty for the item would soon be delivered at my home address.But I am yet to recieve the same.Not only that,the owner of singapore mall,Mr.Rohit Bajaj, even donot bother to reply my mails sent in this regard.
In my last e-mail,I even threatened that I would take the matter to ebay and have him blacklisted if he did not answer to my query,but to no avail!
What hurts me most is his callous attitude to the customer once he has sealed a deal and secured payment for it.Please take some action!
