Paid for Item but seller not registered anymore and not responding

I have made the payment for Item No: 6425121005 of Rs. 15100 to seller xclusive99 at his request to make an online transfer to his friend's ICICI Bank account.

The seller's phone number does not work anymore and he has not responded to any of my emails.

What should I do?? Can i lodge a case against him for Cyber Crime in my City(Bangalore) although he is from Calcutta.
