I tried to buy a Piccolo - Silver Plated - Brand New from ebay.com.But when i press commit to buy its showing attention buyer.when i click verify using credit card its showing"Sorry, we can not process this credit card for you. Please go back to the site you originally registered to use your Credit card ".pls infrom me about this,so that i can buy the product from ebay.com

There are several reasons for which a user faces block/limits while bidding on ebay sites other than ebay.in and hence your credit card is not processed for verification.
