no response from ebay

i purchsed a pendrive worth rs 2199 from ebay and that seller is culprit and after selling his duplicate material to lot of buyers he got unregistered from ebay i open the case in consumerprotection in ebay they respond me very well and sentioned me the full refund with in the one month but after one month when i enquire about the refund they told me that they credit that amount in my credit card but till the date amount is not credited in my card and e bay is also not resonding to my emails i dont understand that ebay is also indulge in th eactivities like seller please help me in this matter i am regular user and a big fan of this site but this time i am not satisfied due to their rude behavior

It so happened with me by a fraud buyer "perin1812" who threatened me that she will leave negative feedback if I dont refund the money without herself returning the item. I havn't got the item returned yet. when I complained ebay some mr.pyter asked me to fax the purchase documents of the item I was selling, strange! moreover the fax number provided is of no where it always asks to check the number. Then he forced me to refund the money without the return of the Gemstones I sold her. Now she is enjoying with the gemstones as well as the money. Thanks to ebay. We sellers are here to stay with ebay and generate revenue for ebay and such fraud buyers are once in a while. Just to preserve the dignity of ebay I returned the money and what did ebay do to reciprocate! 😞

as there is no such option
actually your post would have given quite a few people that there was such an opion available
and there was 50000.00 protection available for demand drafts
thats why i pointed this out
