no refund & no response from ebay

Hi,

I had received a broken screen tablet from the seller.
The seller took 7 days to reverse pick up the broken device, then after 10 days I got my tablet which again had a broken screen.
First time when I received a broken screen I warned the seller that it was due to the bad packing, there was no protection on the screen. Further no "handle with care" or breakable stickers were pasted on it, so I requested the seller atleast 10 times pease pack it properly and apply stickers, but the same thing happened again, no stickers were pasted and no screen protection was given, so again a broken screen tablet was received. Since then I have called ebay 4 times even talked to supervisor employee ID 5032 Ms. Shweta, but I have not received any reverse call from ebay, i have been waiting. I have called and requested for refund/replacement 4 times and written to customer care but nothing happens.
