my refund

The seller sent a different item from what he described. I raised a claim and returned the item to the seller. He telephoned and confirmed that he has received the item. On contacting e bay support I was told that the matter will be settled within 48 hours as they had received my letter also enclosing the dtdc bill. More than 3 days now. The seller is after my life requesting for revoking the negative remarks. I have paid first and then returned. Now seller acts as if it is my fault. When will e bay act. There phone is over busy.My complaint number is 104584
