lost purchase history

hai i am unable to see my purchase history and all other previous details in my ebay. so i cant see any of previous purchase details and so cannot contact the seller, because i have a problem with the product i purchased. so please help me and let me know how can i get my purchase history back.thank you.

Dear srinivaspratyush02,

You can view your purchases for 3 years,i.e., this year and last two years under your Purchase history. In order to view your purchases for last two years, all you require to select'Archive' tab on purchase history page and you will be able to see those purchases.
