I am posting this as a warining or last option to Ebay India.
I have placed an order on 25th of August 2011 and I have not received it yet. I have tried contacting the seller and he is not responding to me at all. I had a bad experience with this seller with his rude and unprofessional behavior before placing the order and still I went ahead and placed the order thinking that no cheating will happen through ebay.
Now I have sent emails to ebay for the refund and now ebay is not responding to me.
My question is: Wher is my product and the money? Is ebay playing together with these fraud sellers to make quick money?
I have tried your chat support enormous times and it always said that no representatives are free at the moment and it did not give me the queue/wait period option. Yes, I tried only on Mon-Fri business hours. Overall ebay has become pathetic. I think at this point I may have to share the same email in all the open consumer forums if ebay fails to address this up to my satisfaction.
I will wait for any higher authority response from ebay.

Yes, I paid through paisapay. I am still waiting for the refund.
Bottom line: Sich kind of sellers should be kicked out of eBay to keep this place clean and secure.

i think this is an ever increasing problem with ebay-courtsey global easy buy. i am yet to recieve by refund inspite of several calls to customercare. everytime they are astonished that the refund has not been processed. ALL TIMELINES ARE ONLY FOR SHOW PURPOSES.i initiated a refund on 27 th aug-today is 16 sep, somebody called mr yogesh is looking after the matter but he doesn't bother to even inform the customer what is the status.
