Things are getting rediculous on ebay.
We received a neutral feedback for a sale which never happened.The payment was refunded to the customer by paisapay as the buyer wanted to cancel the order.
The buyer initially contacted us with the delivery address and we informed them immediately that it will cost more to delivery to that address as it does not have direct cargo office as the furniture is transported by road.
We have clearly mentioned on our ebay listings Payment-and-Shipping-Information' section that we will ask the buyer for extra shipping for non-cargo office areas and the buyer has the right to accept or cancel the order if he do not want to pay extra shipping to such areas.

The buyer decided to cancel the order and we had no issue with it so the payment was refunded to him by paisapay team.
Then why should the neutral feedback be made for a transaction that NEVER happened?We were fair in our Declarations and did not ask for anything which was NOT declared as our selling policies.
Please do something about it.
