inlogistic team not replying to my mails and powership charges are wrongly calculated

i am still charged 48.31 rupees per order please correct it asap

reason- item was not allowed in fedex and need to be shipped via other courier

i have sent this mail to inlogistics team on daily update base and they are not yet updated may i know why?

Me too had facing the sam problem i was being charged for 500grams instead of 250grams i was sending mails to inlogistics no one is replying and im dialing the phone no one is to pickup the calls poor service from ebay logistics team.I was being overcharged for shipping its no for one two items as of now i was charged Rs.48.31 insteat of Rs.37.07 for over 150 transactions it was heavily affecting my profits i request ebay logistics team to look into the issue and solve the problem asap.

Hi,

If you are shipping through FEDEX then you are charged the right weight. If its BlueDart that is shipping then you need to ask for credit.

one of my friend ships same item via fedex and he is charged 37 rs instead

and yes its not about a single parcel its now about over 300 transactions
