Help required Need to move legally against RR Electro Buyer cheated by the seller

I am writing in great pain and lot of frustrations,  I need justice from Ebay.

 

 

I purchased an item named  Item SONY BRAVIA 42" 42W674 SMART FULL HD LED TV WITH 1YR SELLER WRNTY I have ordered this item on 12 Agust 2013, and after 23 days of waiting I got this item. I paid 46k for this prroduct.

 

The seller has shipped this item too late but we are ready for that too, whenver we talked to the seller he responded in a very harsh way.

 

we waited and got the item after 23 days, but at last we got a damaged product , we even didn't used the item for one day.

we contacted the seller how he responded was in a bad way, his response was that one in 100 any device will be damaged.

 

What we could say for this?

 

Again and again I called but bad we though our money has gone. then we reached to ebay paisapay resolution centre.

they we were very kind to us and some hope cam into my mind.

 

As requested by Ebay paisapay resolution centre, we contacted sony service centre and asked for the issue.

 

They have informed us that the board has To be replaced. Oh god it's cost was 10K INR and 450 rs for the service again loss.

 

We have informed this to the seller and paisapay resolution centre regarding this.

 

Our only frustration the seller didnt find time to check the devoce before sending it.

 

We are totally cheated, as said by ebay we reship the item back.

 

again we faced lot of problem shippinf the item

 

The item has to be shipped to kolkatta, lot of forms like form 50 for sending this tv in any courier we need to make form 50 again screwed up I went to sales tax office and spent 2 days for this and finally I reshipped the TV back to the seller

Now seller has changed his words that he agreed that he will not replace the item.

 

I am frustrated, this should not happen to any buyers in ebay, with lot of frustration I am writing this mail.

 

I need justice for this.

 

The paisapay resoluion officer was very kind to me but the seller was very harsh to me.

 

After the conversation with the office in ebay he was agreed to recipt the item, but he was responding in a very harsh way.

 

Need justice.
