paisaay team mail recd where as tracking report for same showing delivered to buyer copy of mail paisapay Dear eBay Member,

This is with regards to the Refund request on hold for PaisaPay ID
26517235721.

On checking our records, it is noticed that the buyer claims to have not
received the item till date. Hence, inorder for us to look into the
matter for the refund raised by the buyer, please send us the Proof Of
Dispatch copy for this transaction which shows that the item has been
delivered within next 48 hours failing to which we would be approving
the refund.

You may scan and email us the copy of Proof of Dispatch (POD) at
paisapaypod@ebay.com. Please do mention your PaisaPay ID and eBay User
ID on the same for us to trace your details.

Please inform us once you have sent the Proof of Dispatch copies so that
we can proceed ahead accordingly with the review of the refund.

I had send pod for same dtdc scan copy it is clearly visible still v care paisapay team telling that it not visible i ask the fax no they telling fax not working where as on site tracking showing delivered to buyer attaching the tracking report & order detail what seller do now paisapay id 26517235721

V care paispay team Shamima telling me that with buyer talk on mobile he says he not recd the item where as on tracking it shows all item delivered to buyer i tried buyer mobile no which given with order this mobile no not having incoming call facility then how this v care shamia telling that she had conversation with buyer if she done conversation with buyer then on which tel no or mobile no why she not giving same to me so i can also talk with buyer a reputed courier company site shwoing all the product delivered to buyer tracking no showing delivered still v care shamima telling me they will approve the refund just we recd mail too ebay v care customer care or incswebhelp@ebay.com it is not small amount it is issue amount Rs 10000/- worth goods the mail send by chaitali she not checked on site that product is delived shows to buyer

PaisaPay would never refund the money if the item is delivered and endorses via tracking facility.
