i have bought a product on ebay from "***". she has sold me bas quality product. i have returned the product. now the seller has blocked my number & not returning my money. ebay customer care has told me that they cannot do anything, you contact the seller. seller is not responding not even picking up my call. where should i go. pls tell me. i have lost my money, returned my product also. pls help me in geting my refund from the seller.
the seller is taking advantage of your policies.
