i purchased an iphone 3gs 16gb for RS14999 the seller shipped the item but the item was lost in its transit.the seller assured me that he would refund the money and has refunded but the money has been put on hold by the ebay. the seller is a good one and i assure to have business with him.if you need to get your refund you have to file a case in the online resolution center to get your refund but i was not able to file a complaint.if i call the customer care executives of ebay the answer they give me is" we will call you in 24 hrs" or "we will call you this evening".also their response is not good.pls can anyone tell me the ways of gettin refund from ebay.
