i purchased an iphone 3gs 16 gb on 9.10.12 the seller shipped the item and the it got lost in transit. the seller assured me the refund and he has refunded the amount but the amount has been put on hold by the ebay. its now like 20 days i din get the refund. if i have to file a case in the resolution center to get my refund i have to do it within 30 days from the date of purchase,i am unable to file a case too,the website isn't allowing me.if not i am filing a case my amount will not be refunded. if i call the ebay customer care they aren't giving good response.
