free shipping???

Many sellers give shipping details as 'free' and demamnds a shippping charge after we select the item saying that we are out of seller's city.
It appears to me as some sort of cheating..
they must not be allowed to claim free shipping if they don't provide free shipping to each and every buyer..

When you are informed about it why is it cheating !!!.

It is a facility provided by ebay as local courier is cheaper so we offer free shipping to buyers in our town.

What's cheating in that????. You should read the listing and then purchase the product.

I feel the same, that privilege of using the term 'free shipping' should be given only to sellers who deliver goods without any delivery charge throughout the country.
