Why Buyer Leave Negative Feedback Even Though His or Her Claim Is being Settled .

Buyer Shouldn't Not be allowed to leave Feedback when his or claim is settled or refund Approved !

You can appeal for revision in community court if it still exists. Else, you can politely request the buyer after their anger is gone. Wait for 5 or 6 days and then call the buyer on phone and politely request them to accept feedback revision..

EVEN I FACING THE SAME PROBLEM I ASK BUYER TO SEND ME THE PIC OF PRODUCT WHICH SHE CLAIM IS DIFEERENT IN COLOR. INSTEAD OF SENDING ME THE PIC SHE GAVE ME NEGATIVE FEEDBACK.ONE NEGATIVE FEEDBACK FROM SUCH NOT CO-OPERATIVE BUYERS SPOIL OUR BUSINESS
