Now I would like to point out that for the first time in my buying history with you, while making a purchase during freedom promotional period, I have got trapped in some technical problem which requires to be resolved from your end and I am sure that you will consider my case as a special case & shall give me positive feedback. The facts of my case are as follows: On 15/8/2012 I have participated in your special offer namely “ The big Promotional Offer ” By placing a purchase order for Yamaha Home Theater Package YHT-S400 (150878384946) & expected a gift of 64 gb pen drive out of three gifts as offered by you in this particular offer. I have made the payment of Rs 31500/- through “paisa pay” vide PaisaPay ID 31887874254 at your suggested site and transaction was successful. Hence I have become eligible for the big promotional offer. However, inadvertently the coupon code remained to be entered before making the payment & I checked out. Immediately thereafter I have made one more purchase of a Cable worth Rs.649 in the same scheme/offer & at that time I realized that the coupon code was left out to be entered for the first purchase of Yamaha home theater. Therefore while making the second purchase of cable I have entered the second coupon code before checking out with an intention to use first coupon code for the first purchase as stated above. Then within few minutes of my checking out from the first purchase of Yamaha , immediately I have used the coupon code & forwarded to you vide my mail (dated 15.08.2012) & requested you to consider & incorporate it along with my purchase of Yamaha home theater in your big promotion offer so as to enable myself to become eligible participatory. As there was no immediate reply from your end it was deemed to be considered by you. However, to my surprise , two days later I have received a mail from your customer support saying that “ in order to avail the Gift you need to enter the Gift coupon code during the checkout process, that is while making the payment. Now since you have not avail the coupon code, we regret to inform you that you are not eligible for the Gift as per the "Terms and Conditions" which is mentioned on the website.” This type of response from a reputed company like yours to a constant, genuine registered buyer like me was never expected. I have made a purchase of home theater by giving prompt response to your big promotional offer in good faith. I have become eligible participatory in this offer as I have followed your instructions by making payment through paisa pay & providing you coupon code FREEHUM001 though not at the time of transaction process but immediately thereafter. At the most my transaction can be considered as incomplete but not invalid. My transaction can not be rejected outright from the big promotional offer as I have provided you with the coupon code subsequently within few minutes & my transaction was completed thereafter only. Moreover in your terms & conditions which are mentioned on your website it is nowhere specified that the incomplete transaction shall be considered as invalid & shall not become eligible in the big promotion offer. In fact it is clearly specified in your terms & condition that all purchases by a user during the promotion period using PaisaPay and aforementioned coupon code (FREEGIFT01 to FREEGIFT99) will be considered towards his cumulative purchase value for the promotion. In fact, your big promotion offer has induced me to purchase from your site this item worth Rs. 31,000/-. In view of this I have certainly become eligible participatory in your big promotional offer & a right has got created in my favour to get a gift of 64 gb pen drive as offered by you which can not be denied by you merely on some flimsy technical point. Otherwise it will fall into the case of cheating with the genuine buyer. Under the circumstances, In the better interest of your company , you are requested to consider my case as a special case & send me redemption coupon for the gift of 64 gb pen drive as offered by you , within the redemption period. I do expect that the reputed & established company like yours shall resolve my case positively & at the earliest. I am always ready to cooperate with you with some alternate equivalent solution also in order to overcome any technical jumble in respect of above stated transaction.
