My sincere advise to you all who think "Ebay Guarantee" program may really help you in case of some faulty product delivered to you or item is not as described during purchase, is not in fact right. You will loose your peace of mind after facing the above mentioned situation as you keep running out behind customer care chasing for logging complaint or getting update about your claim, or even calling seller about the problem and spending money on making STD calls.
I wanted to make you aware of pain you might have to go through in this process..
So best of luck for all your future purchases....

I am also waiting for refund since 15th sep. but I haven't received it yet. At first I thought its very convenient and easy type of purchase, but when you get problems like this ebay is not responding customer care support is inefficient
It is true, Customer support is inefficient, I purchased LED TV from e-bay, somehow the transaction got failed at e-bay side but successful at bank side. I gave call to customer support for resolution. Initially they asked me to wait for 72 hours, even after 72 hours there was no resolution and information. After contacting them after 72 hours, they are again asking some bank reference id and asked to wait another 72 hours. Very poor customer service.

Twice I never recd. the Item nor the refunds inspite of writing/talking to Customer care.Ebay Guarantee seems to be a joke!Today again for the 3rd. time I haven't recd. the Item & have raised my concern but I don't know if I'd get the refund ? Now there is no option for "Item not Recd." after seller provides the shipping details.Cheat sellers are taking advantage of this & claiming money by providing False/Fake shipping details & Ebay is behaving like a Dumb & Mute.
Talking to CC on phone is very time consuming & they don't help ! So customer BEWARE !!!!

guys I'm gonna file a consumer case against ebay.. I bot a phone from ebay but it was used product. when I raised a claim refund they always saying to wait 48hrs. do anyone have any idea that ebay may give any response without filing a case??? anyone's problem solved??
