i had purchased two items from ebay, payment was done in advance through paisa.com. still the items were delivered by cash on delivery. one of the items reached my residence in my absence,not knowing the status my son made a payment. the amt paid in advance was never refunded despite repeated requests. in second case again demand of cash on del, was refused by me the item was sent back and never delivered. I was fooled both the times,once paid double the amt for a single item and in next case paid the amt and did not receive it. this is sheer fraud and cheating and making customers victim of their own system errors and stupidity.
