sir as i have sent the payment for my items 6861209286, 6861208906 won by me from the seller worldtechnicalgoods and i came to know that the seller has received my DD. but now his contact no is switched off as i tried calling him many times and even he is no longer registered on ebay. so please help me out in either getting my items or my money back. so please sir. need help from you. now i have totally cheated by him so i kindly request to ebay to solve my problem
