buying through e-bay

Recently i purchaseed a sony handycam .This is my first experience of purchase through e-bay.I got the product after lot of intreaction with seller & its courier.I feel this could have been sorted out if folling things are implemented

1.The buyer like me donot aware that any tax issues are there for different states.Rather seller should clarify in its invoice etc seeing from the delivery address.

2.As soon as seller despatch the product ,he should send the despatch detail to the buyer through e-mail along with contact tel.no. etc.

Its really sad that your first experience at eBay didn't went smooth.

Ask your seller by phone. He should help or atleast guide you if he is genuine.
