dear members.and ebay officials....

i bought an item having id-220939988317
and paid it using paisa pay.
the seller provided the shipping details for it .but the seller has removed himself from ebay.till now i have not received my item.
if i contact the seller there is no reply to my emails & phone is switched off.
and the courier company hasnt a valid number.the consignment is not delivered to me but tracking status shows it is deleivered.

i think there is a serious misscommunication and fraud seller.

please help me to resolve this and how can i get the money back?

The seller did not remove themselves, ebay did because apparently they were reported for violating ebay policies.

I am not as familiar with paisapay as I am with paypal. When a seller is no longer registered and the item number is no longer valid, the item not recieved dispute is filed through paypal. If this option is also available in paisapay, then that is probably what you need to do because there is no valid item number.

You have a time limit in which to file so make sure you stay within the timeline.

i dont think ebay removed the user.it may be that after receiving the transaction money he removed himself
