On an unfateful day i chose to buy a blackberry phone from ebay... The camera of the same was not working ..contacted the seller who asked me to get the phone updated so that the camera works...am i really supposed to do that???? Is it not supposed to work in the first place..anyways i got the phone updatedstill it did not work i got the item shipped back through ebay...now everytime i call that too after staying on wait for 15 min im told the necessary action would be taken in 48 hours.. but today when i called i had a word with a highly unptmrofessional and mannerless mr *** its a shame that neither ebay has mantained their standard choosing the buyer nor have they trained the customer executives because they dont know anything and they lack basic etiquettes and manners must say the worst shopping portal ever
