ebay product are fake in quantity aspect if yes then please shut down the site if not TC

eBay didn't deliver my item but FedEx courier service and eBay sites say that item delivered but i did not received where he delivered very very bad i lose my money because i purchased by net banking very bad i am not happy with eBay
