Dear eBay and Paisapay Team,
I have a Very Nice Suggestions which can be very useful for the sellers as well as Buyers.

1.)DETAILED STATEMENT SHOULD BE PROVIDED FOR PAISPAY PAYMENTS.

We seller Should be Provided with a details Statement for all the paisapay transactions along with the DD sent by Paispay.This help Sellers to record the details of the transaction and also to know how much charge had been paid to Paisapay.

2.)HDFC Payment Should be made either 100% Fine or if not then Should be removed Completely.

I had seen many time buyer paying for the item a Week before but dint got the product as the Seller had not got the payment confirmation from Paisapay,But the Strange part is the Amount get immediately Deduct from Buyer’s Account.
Now the Real Question is who is having the money for the time being???

The buyer account shows payment made(as the amount get deduct) but Seller don’t receive the payment in his Paisa pay Account……..!!

When a buyer comes to buy something online, He will like to pay for the things online only and if a payment takes a week time to get clear even its Online Bank Transfer then GOD Knows why Buyer will come to buy online???

Even in market anyone can pay instantly and get the product Instantly.

3.)A Special Team Should be formed for Fraud Sellers and Fraud Buyers…

When I see too many posts in Community where either buyer or seller is been cheated….I feel So Sorry as I am also Associate with the website. I am a seller from Baazee time and I really feel that eBay Don’t care about not only Sellers but also Sellers.

My name was opted for MEMBER SPOTLIGHT…but I denied simply because I don’t want to be Spotlight of a Website where people are getting Cheated In large Number and to my Surprise they are not at all helped by eBay.I am a seller in the website and its painful when we read anything bad abt the same..

Illegal Products been sold in Bulks and Irresponsible Buyers Simply give Feedback for any reason(Like,I sent the DD today , When I will get my product, I had nt received the product. When u will send my product, Whts ur Tele. number etc etc,……U feeling Funny but its True)

I also want all the eBay members to be assure that in this world there are bad people as well as nice people.
So do not think that eBay is full of frauds and Cheater.
There are a number of Nice Sellers too and a Single Nice Experience from them can make ur mind change about eBay.

But eBay should Take care that Buyers as well as sellers get Protected by them,They get Commission from Sellers and its their duty to take care of sellers as well as buyers.

3.)Sites Problem….Page Not Responding, Page not find, Slow Sarver)

I had already posted a complain for the above problem and also contacted Customer Care for the same.

But a very Stupid Reply from them….

First time:

”Sir, Please try a a latest Browsers”

Second time:

Sir, Try from another pc and location.


Let me make clear that I am not that bad in Internet ….!
I have the latest browsers(I had tried almost every browsers and also tried to access the website from different location but not to mention the problems like PAGE NOT FIND, PAGE NOT RESPONDING and slow Speed for the website is contentiously making the situation worst.

When you cant do anything abt the problems please do not suggest stupid ideas to the users.

Other problems like:



4.)Seller List Products in Wrong Catogory.

5.)1 Repee No Reserved has lost its Importance as sellers charged high amount of Shipping and Start the bid from Rs.1



6.) The Feedback System Should be changed according to India…! In India people are really don’t know how to deal with Feedback..



I will be adding more to the post But let me see the response of eBay and all my friends…and I hope some advice/suggestions/complains will be added to this...

Hi Deep,

Your detailed posting proves of your sincere intention to make ebay a better platform. Hope the time you have spent won't be a waste & will do some good for all of us.

I agree that a PaisaPay payment statement alongwith the draft will make accounting easier for big sellers like you.

In your last posting the ebay official had responded that the "Page not responding" problem has been solved. However, I have faced the same problem a couple of times last week. I think its ebay's system problem and has nothing to do with our PC and Browser. I have checked in my co. that when the problem starts it the same in other PCs & even with diff. browser.

Ebay must provide a sorting as per shipping charges so that we can sort all Re.1 item as per actual total cost.

The FB policy must be changed considering type of Indian users. A machined suitable for working in Siberia needs major design changes to suit the conditions of Sahara. Similar is true for policy also. Birth control policy is contrasting in West Europe & India. So ebay must also orient itself as per Indian market. They can't expect the Indian market orient as per them!!

Hope ebay.in will consider your mail seriously as that will be beneficial for both the memebrs & management.

But I bealive in Positive and So I post my details suggestion here....Lets see what other members have to say ......but I will not be accepting any post from eBay that will say "Contact the Customer Care through xyz link"..........

I would like to assure you and all our members that we definitely read what our community has to tell us. Suggestions are forwarded to the concerned teams for their perusal. The teams then follow a process to determine which ideas / features can be implemented.

Let me now address some of the specific issues you have raised:

1. Detailed PaisaPay statements
These details are available within the PaisaPay Account of the seller. Please let us know if this is not meeting your need.

2. HDFC payments
As I have replied to you earlier, in a separate discussion, there were some issues with HDFC payments which have since been rectified.

3. Preventing Fraud
We are absolutely committed to making this site a trusted and safe platform for users to trade. You are right, by reading through the discussion boards, one notices the unpleasant experiences users have had. The issue seems to be that while we have processes to take care of the cases when the transaction does not go smoothly, our users, especially buyers, are not aware of these processes. We are working to address this on many counts. We are looking at simplifying the processes for users to get redressals. We are also relooking at some of the communication that goes out, so that our users can understand what they need to do in case of an unpleasant transaction. So, if you would have noticed, we ran a Buyer Protection Program campaign over the last month to educate our buyers about this program, which received a good response from our community.

4. Site Problems
I apologize that we have not been able to fix this problem for you. As I mentioned to you earlier, it does seem to be a problem specific to your account. I have asked the team to relook at this issue.

5. Miscategorization
We consider such violation seriously. When we come across instances of sellers listing items in the wrong category, our first action is to educate the seller that this is not allowed. We give time for sellers to take action. If sellers continue to list their items in the wrong category, then we take stricter action which can even result in the seller being suspended.

6. Feedback System
As you might be aware, we have made some more changes to the feedback system, one of which is that users with less than 10 feedback have to go through a tutorial on Feedback before they leave their first neutral or negative feedback. In addition, we are presently running promotions around Feedback to increase user awareness and usage.
It will be really nice to have your suggestions on this topic. What changes would you recommend keeping our Indian community in mind?

I have seen about the tutorial. Its great. I think you can also ask for others opinion on whether there should be an option to change the Feedback rating atleast once within a certain time frame and on some specific conditions (I shall try to elaborate those some other time ). Best Regards

But About the Paisapay Statement.

We want a detailed statement which should be sent along with the paisapay payment(DD)...It will helpful as we seller can see the actual amount paid by the buyer,paisapay commision and the amount seller actually recive after deducting the charge to paisapay.

I think PAISAPAY can do atleast that much favour for sellers....( eBay Do reply to this ..plss)


About The HDFC Payment.

I had observe that for some mmonths the problem get resolved but ...not for long time....So I request that its should be taken seriously that no such problem is faced by any buyer...One single bitter experience of single buyer leads to big NEGATIVE MARKETING about the website and ultimately which also effects the sales of sellers...

SITE PROBLEMS:

Yes, I am continiously facing the problems... and its was irritating that when I contacted customer care...they gave very silly advice to me......

Pls Customer care...first learn good english and try to understand the problem rather then...giving copy paste reply...!

I will post more on community boards....

My heartiest Thanks to Gr8 User Like Swarup Dutta and others who constantly Support all users And give their precious time for the improvement of website...

....why the problems I am facing in not resolved yet.

Regarding your suggestion on detailed statement for PaisaPay:-

As mentioned by Rohit, Paisapay transaction details (for past transaction cycleare available online in your PaisaPay account in My eBay. You may directly take a printout. If you feel that there are more data points that you will like to be included in the same, please feel free to let us know the same.

Regarding errors that you are receiving:

As I mentioned earlier, the error that most users were facing had been sorted out. We request you to report the error to customer support. It will help customer support in investigating, replicating and thereby rectifying the error.

The huge amount of Charges of Paisapay is really a huge loss for the Expensive products Sellers and we sellers can atleast request/demand a details statement for the transaction carried through paisapay.
About taking out the Printout for the transaction .....I think you are just trying to escape the real point in the post.

Paisapay is charging huuge amount of Service Charges and yet you people dont want to introduce a nice things to Paisapay sellers....I details statement will do the job vry easy for sellers as they will can manage their orders easily and it will be a support against the High Charges of Paisapay .

ICICI Bank do give customers Internet Banking Facilty...

Yet they send a statement to the Account Holders time to time...

But I think if eBay had owned ICICI Bank then the ICICI customer would have to get the Statement themselves through Internet Banking...Since all details are available online also.(As I had been suggested by Sapanaji)

It was my mistake that I tried to make things better for sellers....
From now onwards no suggstion to eBay...I am a seller from Baaazee time and I really njoyed selling in Baazee,Their was a human touch in Baazee,

Baazee always listen to us(Sellers and Buyers) and implemented the suggestions and eBay never got the amount of Traffic as Baazee had....coz eBay just want Profit..profit...and Profit....Nothing else(Buyers and sellers can go to...)



About the problems I am facing I had made it very clearly that they(Customer Support) give Stupid Suggestions like Please try other browsers and try another pc and location.....


Plz eBay either improve your customer Support or dont tell to contact them for the errors the website is having....

You can conduct a servey that the website is free from errors or not...I am really very upset with the customer Care and Sill replied from eBay)

Coz daily I am facing the Same Problems...

eBay plz reply ASAP.
