Dear eBay and Paisapay Team,
I have a Very Nice Suggestions which can be very useful for the sellers as well as Buyers.
1.)DETAILED STATEMENT SHOULD BE PROVIDED FOR PAISPAY PAYMENTS.
We seller Should be Provided with a details Statement for all the paisapay transactions along with the DD sent by Paispay.This help Sellers to record the details of the transaction and also to know how much charge had been paid to Paisapay.
2.)HDFC Payment Should be made either 100% Fine or if not then Should be removed Completely.
I had seen many time buyer paying for the item a Week before but dint got the product as the Seller had not got the payment confirmation from Paisapay,But the Strange part is the Amount get immediately Deduct from Buyer’s Account.
Now the Real Question is who is having the money for the time being???
The buyer account shows payment made(as the amount get deduct) but Seller don’t receive the payment in his Paisa pay Account……..!!
When a buyer comes to buy something online, He will like to pay for the things online only and if a payment takes a week time to get clear even its Online Bank Transfer then GOD Knows why Buyer will come to buy online???
Even in market anyone can pay instantly and get the product Instantly.
3.)A Special Team Should be formed for Fraud Sellers and Fraud Buyers…
When I see too many posts in Community where either buyer or seller is been cheated….I feel So Sorry as I am also Associate with the website. I am a seller from Baazee time and I really feel that eBay Don’t care about not only Sellers but also Sellers.
My name was opted for MEMBER SPOTLIGHT…but I denied simply because I don’t want to be Spotlight of a Website where people are getting Cheated In large Number and to my Surprise they are not at all helped by eBay.I am a seller in the website and its painful when we read anything bad abt the same..
Illegal Products been sold in Bulks and Irresponsible Buyers Simply give Feedback for any reason(Like,I sent the DD today , When I will get my product, I had nt received the product. When u will send my product, Whts ur Tele. number etc etc,……U feeling Funny but its True)
I also want all the eBay members to be assure that in this world there are bad people as well as nice people.
So do not think that eBay is full of frauds and Cheater.
There are a number of Nice Sellers too and a Single Nice Experience from them can make ur mind change about eBay.
But eBay should Take care that Buyers as well as sellers get Protected by them,They get Commission from Sellers and its their duty to take care of sellers as well as buyers.
3.)Sites Problem….Page Not Responding, Page not find, Slow Sarver)
I had already posted a complain for the above problem and also contacted Customer Care for the same.
But a very Stupid Reply from them….
First time:
”Sir, Please try a a latest Browsers”
Second time:
Sir, Try from another pc and location.
Let me make clear that I am not that bad in Internet ….!
I have the latest browsers(I had tried almost every browsers and also tried to access the website from different location but not to mention the problems like PAGE NOT FIND, PAGE NOT RESPONDING and slow Speed for the website is contentiously making the situation worst.
When you cant do anything abt the problems please do not suggest stupid ideas to the users.
Other problems like:
4.)Seller List Products in Wrong Catogory.
5.)1 Repee No Reserved has lost its Importance as sellers charged high amount of Shipping and Start the bid from Rs.1
6.) The Feedback System Should be changed according to India…! In India people are really don’t know how to deal with Feedback..
I will be adding more to the post But let me see the response of eBay and all my friends…and I hope some advice/suggestions/complains will be added to this...
