Recently I started selling on ebay, one item listed for 3 days on buy it now( Zero fees)..Invoice is showing it as 10 day listing and charging Rs.25/-...How it is possible to tract this..It was just sheer chance I happened to see th e invoice..If the transactions are high its next to impossible to keep track like this...

Hi, I saw your listings. They are really fantastic. I think you must have clicked on the wrong button. But one more thing is very unique in the .in site. They allow to list free of cost most of the time. At other sites of eBay, sellers dont get this opportunity. That way we are lucky here. I am listing for last 4 months only. My experience with eBay.in is great. Thanx.Truly..Amitava

Hello,

There is a glitch in eBay's billing system at the global level and all sellers are being charged for 10 days listing when they have done opted for the same.
This was announed on the community boards sometime back

So check your invoice and if you find any 10 days listing fees wrongly debited to you account, bring it to the notice of the billing dept. via the contact us link and you excess fess will be credited back to you account.

Hello,

The announcement made by ebay regarding this erroneous 10-day listing fees reads as.........

***Erroneous Charging of 10 - day Listing Fee***

09 November, 2005 | 12:08 PM IST

It has been brought to our notice that a few users have erroneously been charged the 10 - day listing duration fee of Rs. 25 for a non 10 - day listing. Our development team is in the process of investigating the problem and will be fixing it as soon as possible.

We will be crediting any such fees that may have been wrongly charged to your selling account, and intimating the affected sellers. Sellers who have been wrongly charged the 10 - day listing fee and have not yet received credits for it can write in to us through the Contact Us webform with details of the items. Select 'Ask about selling or billing' in the first box, 'Billing and fees' in the second box, and 'Requesting a listing fee credit' in the third box.

We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience caused.

Regards,

Hello Indconcepts,

Your siggy is way out of line with eBay guidelines. There are no guidelines for the .in boards but you may please take a note of the guidelines on the .com boards and bring your siggy inline with those guidlines.
