ebay free gift not received.

Dear Members,i bought items from ebay and applied for a free gift coupon(Valentines Gift),but till today i have not heard/received any thing from ebay.I contact ebay member support around 2-3 times but nothing happen so far on this regards.Any have an idea or help..please

And used coupon code EBAYFEST01

It is more than a month and a half and I am yet to get my free gift...

Ebay Support says they do not have any update on their system...

When will I get my free gift?

I have bought one item (paisapay id 30155182911) on 23rd oct using diwali gift promo "DIWALIBY01" .
However while trying to reddem my gift, after signing in i got the below error:

"Error code: 20.1.10 : 2011-10-28 18:56:42 : signin.ebay.in
This error may have occurred for one of the following reasons:

The third party that has sent you here has provided invalid information to eBay.
eBay has encountered an error processing your request. Please close this window and return to the third party application"

I have no clue about this.I was specifically waiting for this gift.But EBAY INDIA does not allow to redeem this.
