i purchased a black berry phone ....i ordered the product for the cash on delivery option .....i paid the cash to that delivery boy and when i opened the package ,i was shocked to see a used phone ..there were full of scratches and the touch screen was not working .......and there was no ear phone ....i called the cutomer care number immidiately and asked for the refund on the same day itself ...but they said they wont be able to give on the same day but they said i would be getting the refund within 20 working days ....now its been more than 30 days ..i didnt get any solution so far......i am very much frustated just because of this ......i called them many times ,they said that they are waiting for the response from power ship ...but so far i havent got any reply .......they cheated me by gving used phone ....i am going to take further action
