eBay India has multiple payment collection FOR A SINGLE Sale.
They charge for listing fees.
They also charge "Final Value Fees" in advance when sale is made.
That is done automatically when sale is done on eBay immediately in no time ( within a second).
Apart from that they also charge transaction fees when they send the payment to you after weeks for sold item.
So, here I am discussing about "FVF" That is 'Final Value Fees"
This is charge immediately as soon as sale is done. But, if you refund the same order immediately, they will not refund ( not credit back to your seller account).
All confusing. Multiple charges make sellers suffer on eBay India.
And bad part is they do nto refund the final value fees when item is not delivered. Refunded or any issue.
When they can charge immediate for sale is done. Why cannot they credit the same to seller account when sale is refunded or failed?
They are not doing this.
And they refund after many weeks and billing cycle. Or you need to contact their customer care.
And contacting customer care takes lot of time.
When taking they have automatic system to charge money to sellers. But, when giving back. They play games with sellers.
This should be STOPPED immediately.
This is really a serious issue and many sellers already suffering because of this.
Also they charge for listing fees like Rs.2+ 18% service tax for listing is made for 7 days. irrespective of sale is done or not.
Which should also be removed.
And listing fees is higher when you select 10 days or 30 days duration.
Instead of charging multiple times. ONE single deduction while paying money to the seller account is enough. But, really do not understand why this company really do not have working human brain.
So sellers you can check this issue and forward to their higher staff. Managing directors etc.
Any issue like this you come across fight for that. Until you do that, you will face issues.
So, eBay India team. You can forward this to all the higher staff.
And remove this double game of Final Vaue Fees.
