We ordered a KraftNDecor Wooden Kitchen Cabinet/Hutch/Display in Brown Colour on 19 Apr, even after three months, we still have not received the crockery cabinet, which as per ebay was to be delivered by 15 Jun 2017, maximum by 20 Jun 2017.
On 21 Jun eBay closed the account saying, you are in receipt of the item, without even confirming from the consumer. And when I tried to launch a complaint with the customer care, they asked me to coordinate with the supplier, who has been giving false hopes by saying it is in transit & will reach this weekend, the next weekend & so on & so forth.
His id has been closed by eBay, so I cant even send him mails. This is the kind of state of affairs of eBay.
I have never faced anything like this from any other online website. They take care of their consumers well. More so my ₹30000 is stuck without any hope of receiving it back.
If someone sensible from eBay is reading this kindly respond & take immediate action.
