eBay's annoucement is wrong???

Dear eBay,
According to the annoucement-
(***For eBay Shop Sellers - Improved Seller Email Marketing Tool!***) made as on 21 November, 2006.Time: 11:34 AM IST.

All the eBay Shop sellers can able to send upto 5000 emails /Month but I still can send only just 100 emails/month.

Is that mean eBay's Annoucement is wrong,or there is any technical fault once again( Very very Common on www.eBay.in).

Please look at the metter and rectify the technical fault(if any),So that I can also send upto 5000 emails per month to my buyers and take the benefits of the new improvement.


Its really sad that I have to approach community boards very often to raise issue with www.eBay.in site.
I dont know why eBay India is in so much difficulty or should say eBay India sellers are so much difficulty.

Dear Deep,

Its distressing to see so many problems faced by you regularly. I am sure more members are having similar problems but either they ignore those or do not feel the urge to write about those. I acknowledge your patience and thank you for letting others know about the problems. Hope eBay India executives would take necessary actions to rectify those glitches at the earliest.

All systems have bugs but only those excel in the long run where these bugs are rectified at the earliest, after being notified. In ebay.in some problems have become a routine feature. Hope some group of eBay is really working on those and we shall have a nearly glitch free system in near future. .

Hello,

There were no restrictions earlier for the number of emails ..... but you were charged Rs.0.25 per mail above 100.

Now you may send 5000 free of cost ..... every month.

While sending emails, the system still shows as 100 free ..... but it shows the additional amount charged as Rs.0

Hello eBay Team,
Reading the latest updats on "For eBay Shop Sellers - Improved Seller Email Marketing Tool" its now proved that the earlier annoucement was wrong/misguiding.

I feel so sad that a big company like eBay do not have any special team which can verify the annoucement before they are posted.

I was happy that the email limit is raised to 5000 from 100.

But when I tried to send email it was just showing only 100.(which should be actually 5000)

I was very confused and so I had raised this issue.Now you see eBay say that it was a mistake.

Well eBay must see that no such false annoucement is made which expose the carelessness of eBay team on the whole.

Now what kind of service one can expect from eBay when the annoucment may be false.

I am happy that at last they have rectify the mistake.

Well LESS SAID THE BETTER !!!
