yes ebay allowes it members to give there feedback /complaints/publicaly thr community boards.Its really GREAT .but only problem is that they do not read these regularly ...In past few months I have rarely seen the Pink color strip on any thread/topic

I do agree with fashion_solution, it's a white boad where you write with a white ink... they won't be able to see what's being discussed here.
Believe 'experience' is the only GURU. Knowledge, determination / prejudice.. etc are the materials only.

Thank you for your kind words and highlighting the fact that we allow our members to share their experience, complain about the inconveniences being caused to them and post valuable suggestions on the discussion forums.

fashion_solution - we make every possible attempt to respond to these discussion threads and take note of all the suggestions and criticisms, however since this is a suggestion as well as a criticism for us I'd ensure that there are far speedy responses and more active participation from eBay staff on the boards.

Watch out for the Online Workshop on the coming Wednesday i.e. on 11th Feb'09.

Dear shree_krishna_gems, rptechindia and all other members,

I'm glad to state that the suggestions that you all have posted here to increase the number of banks and thereby increase payment options to a wide array of buyers community has been accepted for feasibility check and the team has started working on it.

The team is excited about this especially to see the passion our community holds for eBay.

Since this is going to involve alot of tie-ups, co-ordination and legal reviews it will take some time and we should be in a state to launch more banks and payment methods such as Debit crd facility and cash cards as more payment options only towards later half of this year.

Being the eyes and ears of the community to eBay and vice versa, it is my pleasure that I can have suggestions passed onto the concerned teams and ensure to update the discussion threads if we find feasibility on initiating them.

Having said this I hope all members keep posting their suggestions and concerns on how we can better our marketplace with every such initiative :-).
