I bought an item on ebay.in on 12th June 2011 with Promotion Code BESTFREN02 whose PaisaPay ID is 29290659437.

I have received the item but I am still yet to receive my ebay gift for promotion code mentioned above.

My free gift is due from last August. I'm suppose to receive a Panasonic Cordless Phone, From September I'm keep calling customer care twice a month but never received the item. Everytime the customer care person contact the ebay promotion dept. and tells me that I'll receive the gift within 10 days... instead of repeating the same thing, please report it to some other concerned person who can resolve this. Hi, I have not received the gift offered as part of the purchase done during 'Winter Carnival PROMOTION’. I was suppose to receive a Logitech webcam. However I have not received it yet. The purchase was done on 08-Dec-11 under the PaisaPay ID 30344851638. I had received a mail stating the registered address is undeliverable and asking for a replacement shipping address. I did furnish a replacement shipping address and after almost 2 months of purchase. I received a call from ebay asking for another shipping address. Please note that both the shipping address and registered address are valid and I receive packages and posts through all the major carriers. So there is no question of invalid shipping address. I had send multiple emails to your support department and tried chat and phone support options to know the status of the Gift offered. But still my questions remain unanswered. Where is the Gift? IS THIS a JOKE? I was suppose to receive a call back as per the voice support agent who took the call. But so far no one call and I have not received the offered gift. Is there anyone to answer this? Would I receive the Gifts as offered?

i used the code BIGDADDY07 for Nokia Dual Sim.

I have received the item from seller "shabbeerhf1" but I have not yet received the assured Big Daddy gift.

Please let me know when will the gift be delivered.

I qualified for the March end (2012) promo offer and asked for a Micromax q35 mobile from among the three choices that I had for purchases over Rs.30,000. I am yet to receive my free gift. I had made many attempts to get through to the customer support over the past 3 months asking for support in this regard..in each case, I have been told that my case has been escalated and that I will be getting my free gift soon.
