I raised a claim1285307 on 30 sep 15 for returning an item bought from the seller. The refund of the item alone took 2 and a half months and despite various claims by eBay, they never refunded my shipping charges. They kept on telling me that it will be returned as coupons but that never happened. Bunch of liars. Since then I have decided not to shop at eBay and have been advising the same to others too. Cheaters
